Express Shipping | $15 | 1-3 Business Days

Standard Shipping | Free | 3-5 Business Days 

Outside of metro areas: Please allow up to 2-3 additional business days for your product to arrive.

 

RETURNS

If you would like to return your order, please email support@bradour.co within 30 DAYS of purchase, stating the reason for the return.  If we are unable to help resolve the issue or further assist you, we will process a refund within 7 days of us receiving the returned items to our headquarters.

You will receive a full refund, minus the initial shipping costs for your order.  Our 30-day return policy only pertains to item(s) purchased from bradour.co.  If your purchased item(s) were from a third-party retailer, then the third-party retailer’s discretion and return policy will apply.

Refunds will be processed as promptly as possible and returned in the same method that you used for the original purchase.  All refunds are made at the discretion of www.bradour.co.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  As stated above, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

We attempt to pack every purchased item as best as possible to prevent damage during transit.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
